What The Showcase Provides For Vendors

The purpose of the Showcase is to bring the Vendor and the Buyer together, so that they can build a long lasting relationship. We will promote your products to Buyers from all over the United States. We go to different wholesale shows to market the Lancaster County area. Our twice-a-year Lancaster Expo events create a good deal of excitement for you, the Vendor. We have a 52,000 square foot building with excellent lighting and air conditioning to further enhance your products. Our Buyers use us as the information center for Lancaster County.

General

What advertising do you use to promote the Showcase? 

We sponsor two Expos and five other special events per year. The Connection newsletter is sent out four times a year to over 9,000 stores. Our website is very effective in helping our customers find you, plus we attend various trade shows.

How many customers visit the Showcase per day/month?

5 per day is a slow day, we have an average of 8-10 per day.

What is the price of a 10′ x 10′ space?

Any size is $3.75 per square foot per month.

Must I be here to man my booth?

Vendors must have a representative present for our 2-Day Lancaster Expo events.

At all other times, we do the work of rearranging your booth and keeping it clean and presentable. 

Will you let me know when my brochures are all gone from my booth?

Yes.

Will you keep my furniture clean and dust free?

We have a cleaning service that comes every month.

Should my booth have carpet?

No. Our interior designer recommends not covering our professionally polished floor. She will put area rugs in the booths as needed.

Will it benefit me to sign up?

Yes, and depending on your follow-up with the leads you receive, you will benefit very well! We offer a Guarantee. Call us for details.

Warehouse Options

You may rent space in the Warehouse area for extra inventory.  The cost is $50.00 for a 4′ x 8′ space.

We at the Showcase are happy to offer you this convenience. Monthly fees to store extra inventory in the  Warehouse space:

Showcase

Display your products. Have your showroom here, available to 170 store owners visiting each month.

Showcase Services

Hand out your literature. Mail your literature upon the store’s request. Sell your products off the Showcase floor. Give your name and number to customers interested in your product.

Dealer Information

Here are some frequently asked questions we get from our dealers.

What are your hours?

We are open Monday thru Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm, and the first Saturday of the month from 8:00am to 12:00 noon.

Are you wholesale only?

Yes, you must have a Sales Tax License to visit the Showcase.

Can I purchase items from the floor?

Yes, almost everything on display is available for purchase. We do charge a 10% brokerage fee for items purchased from the  Vendors’ booths to help offset the cost of the paperwork and the handling of the product.

Can I contact the manufacturers directly?

Yes, that is the main purpose of the Showcase –  to connect you with the manufacturers.  We will provide the name, address, and phone number for any of our manufacturers, whether or not they show their product here.

What products do you sell?

At the Showcase, we have over 110 manufacturers showing everything from Fine, Primitive, Rustic, and Outdoor Furniture, to Home Decor and Crafts.

Can I have product shipped to the Showcase to pick up?

Yes, we have warehouse space, so you may order directly from any manufacturer (even those not displaying at the Showcase) and have it delivered here for you to pick up at your convenience. We charge a small warehouse fee for that service. Contact us for more information.

Will you help me find a particular product?

Yes, just contact us and we will refer you to the manufacturers that make that item.

Will you ship products directly to my store?

We recommend Keystone Transport. Call them at 866-435-1181 or visit their website here.

Could I contact you to find out what a manufacturer has available in his booth?

Yes, just contact us and we will let you know what a particular manufacturer has in his booth at that time.
